On Wednesday, March 10th, the National Academy of Design presented their Spring Gala 'FRAMES.' Original antique picture frames from the collection of Eli Wilner & Company adorned walls throughout the Academy, lending their gilded splendor to the festivities of the evening. In addition, there was a silent auction of artist-designed frames furnished by Eli Wilner that were each distinctively executed by many National Academicians such as Wolf Kahn and Gregory Amenoff. The gala provided support for exhibitions and student scholarships and honored Senator Roy Goodman and James Dicke II.
